We offer
a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our products. The
Bio-Mat has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Products must be
returned in new condition with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If
for any reason you are unsatisfied, please call 877-427-1600
for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). All returns must
have a RMA number clearly printed on the package.

Subject to 15% restocking fee if anything is missing, scratched
or damaged. This includes the product box. We will pay for
the return shipping if you call us for an RMA and Instructions.
We will then mail you a pre-paid return shipping label. We
do not reimburse for return shipping paid by customer.
*Please
note that each 2pureH2O Water Purification System is assembled
when your order is placed. The deionization cartridges have
to be put into use within 4 months. This is not a product
that is off the shelf and ready to ship. Assembly requires
1-3 days. Customers are required to do all the necessary installation
research BEFORE placing an order. Research would include taking
measurements to insure the unit will fit under the kitchen
sink or elsewhere, determining where you want the spigot installed
and what steps might be necessary to insure proper installation.
Stainless steel sinks, cast iron, ceramic, stone counter tops,
etc. can be drilled through for the spigot, but may require
a specialist to insure no damage to the countertop or sink.
