Fucoidan

Key
Ingredients:
Fucoidan:
Kombu Fucoidan used in Fucoidan Plus™ is extracted from the brown
seaweed Kombu. About 4% of the total dry weight of Kombu consists
of a polysaccharide known as Fucoidan.
There
are over 500 scientific studies indicating the health benefits derived
from the incredible array of nutrients that make up Kombu Fucoidan.
Scientific studies indicate that Fucoidan stimulates the production
of vital immune cells, giving the body better defense against potential
deadly invaders. From ancient times, brown seaweed has been a mainstay
of the traditional Japanese diet. Okinawa, whose inhabitants enjoy
some of the highest life expectancies in Japan, also happen to have
one of the highest per capita consumption rates of Kombu.*
According
to Takara’s Biotechnology Research Laboratories, located in Shiga,
Japan, Fucoidan derived from Kombu is superior over other types
of Fucoidan.
Resveratrol:
Resveratrol is naturally found in the skin of grapes and is known
for its antioxidant, anti-infective, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory
properties. Scientific studies suggest that Resveratrol is thought
to be responsible, in part, for the cholesterol-lowering effects
of red wine and may also explain why those consuming diets where
red wine consumption is characteristic may have a reduced risk of
heart disease. An 8 ounce glass of red wine provides approximately
600 mcg of Resveratrol. You would have to drink approximately three
8 ounce glasses of red wine to equal the amount of Resveratrol found

Extract:
