P.O. Boxes - We do not ship to P.O Boxes at this time as all packages ship via UPS.

Order Cancellation:
Please contact our customer service department if you need to cancel or are refusing your order. A $20 fee will be charged on all cancelled or refused shipments. This is to cover the additional charges incurred by UPS.

Returns:
The Exerciser 2000 Elite, Kneading Fingers 2000 and Kneading Roller 2000 carry a no-risk 90 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product and want to return it for a refund, please follow the instructions below.

VERY IMPORTANT: Prior to returning any merchandise, you must contact Optimal Health at 877-427-1600 between 8:30am – 5:30pm MST Monday-Friday for a return authorization number.
We will not accept any products returned for a refund without a return authorization number.

All merchandise being returned must be received by Clark Enterprises in substantially as good condition as when received (including packing materials, accessories and shipping box) within 90 days from the date of purchase or a restocking fee will incur. Customer is liable for all return shipping and handling charges. Optimal Health does not reimburse for shipping and handling charges.

For your convenience, a pre-paid, return shipping label can be requested when calling to receive a return authorization number. The shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s refund when the pre-paid return shipping label is used. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for the particular item. The $20 shipping included in the $349.95 cost for the Exerciser 2000 Elite will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected by our receiving department (usually within 48 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.

Clark Enterprises will not accept any returns for refund after 100 days from the date of purchase.
